The largest city in Florida has a recognizable identity. On the one hand, we discover an endless seafront, dotted with palm trees and bordered by buildings with very contemporary architecture. On the other hand, we enjoy the Cuban soul of the city, by visiting Little Havana and Calle Ocho. Miami is full of surprises and a week allows you to enjoy it.

Arrival at the end of the day in Miami, you will settle down in South Beach. If you are not too tired, get out to eat in a restaurant.
Walk along the Ocean Drive and a stroll between Washington Avenue and Collins Avenue to admire the beautiful Arts Deco buildings that make the place famous. Meals in one of the many restaurants in the neighbourhood and afternoon relaxation at the beach. Meals and evening in one of the bars or nightclubs.
Morning visit of the Jewish memorial, shopping at Lincoln Road and meals to Española Way. Bicycle ride in the afternoon, right down to South beach, and break in the late afternoon to admire the sunset on the other side of the bay in downtown. In the evening, new evening in the neighbourhood and, why not, visit the Museum of Eroticism which closes its doors late.
Change of atmosphere, go to Downtown with a small tour by metromover to see a little higher the glass buildings and the business district of Brickell. Visit of the Florida History Museum, then head to the Bayside marina where you will leave for a boat trip in Miami Bay, to discover the stars' homes. If you can, try to leave just before sunset to enjoy the bronze colors of the end of the day that stretch over the city. Return to South Beach to spend the evening.
Head to Calle Ocho and Little Havana for a little tour in the neighborhood to integrate into the Cuban culture and folklore, lunch at noon in one of the restaurants of the street to discover this cuisine with rich and whole flavours. Then, head to Coral Gables to enjoy the quiet and charming atmosphere of this residential area. Visit of the Lowe Museum or relaxation in the world's most beautiful swimming pool, the Venetian Pool. Meal in one of the trendy restaurants of Miracle Mile.
Head to Vizcaya for a beautiful visit of the house and gardens, completely exotic here in Miami, and then back to Coconut Grove to walk along the marina. If you like the place, linger and spend the evening there, there are many restaurants and nice bars. If you find this too quiet, return to South Beach, relaxation along the beach and last lively evening.
Go to Aventura mall or the Dadeland Mall to make a good shopping session before leaving; there is a tendency to say that this activity will occupy you for a big part of the day, before you take your plane.
