Arrival in Nosy be. Welcome by the team of Anjara Travel and transfer to the hotel, located on the beach of Ambatoloaka.
Dinner and overnight at the charming hotel Le Sharimanok.
After breakfast, drive to a historic tour of Hell-city, its history and
its colonial architecture, market visit, shopping in Malagasy craft shops.
Continue to Marodoka, first town of Nosy Be, former colonial «arabo-swahili» counter,
visit the historical remains, discover the Swahili culture.
Lunch at the Papillon restaurant.
In the afternoon, visit the sacred tree Mahatsinjo and the waterfall of Androadrotra (ideal place for a
swimming) before continuing the visit to Mount Passot, the highest point of Nosy Be to admire its breathtaking panoramic view at sunset. Back to the hotel.

Early departure from the hotel at 07:30 after breakfast, boarding a wooden sailboat, heading north. During the crossing to the Mitsio, initiation to traditional navigation, in passing by the islets of the Four Brothers who guard the entrance of the archipelago. To the east, one sees the bank of the island of Tsarabanjina. Before reaching the vast bay of Marimbe, you can beautiful basaltic organs, light-colored. The bay is bordered by long beaches and small fishing villages overlooked by peeled hills with rare vegetation and And they’ve got a lot of cabris out there.

Opposite the bay of Marimbe rises the highest island of the Mitsio, Nosy Ankarea. You can see from a distance the massive shape of this big black rock emerging from the ocean. If the north face remains indeed wild and steep, the entire south coast is bordered by a superb white sand beach on a crystal clear water. We moor a few meters from the beach and it is the opportunity to fish and do a beautiful snorkelling before going to explore the island. At the top of the island, there is an astonishing green valley where numerous Aloe trees endemic to the island grow. It is accessed after a somewhat acrobatic climb, but the view around is beautiful. Return to the anchorage of Marimbe in the middle
afternoon.

Early morning departure from Marimbe and heading for Nosy Fanihy, an islet considered sacred for its cemetery of the Sakalava kings, thus uninhabited, but with a superb beach of fine white sand, bleached by corals and shells. Enjoy the transparent blue water to snorkel before lunch. Arrive in Ambatoloaka in the middle of the afternoon.

Transfer by car to the village of Ambatozavavy, crossing by canoe paddling to the village of Ampasipohy, departure place for the visit of the nature reserve of Lokobe to discover its richness in fauna and flora, to meet several species of lemurs (diurnal, nocturnal), boas and chameleons, and various varieties of plants.

Return to Nosy Be in the middle of the afternoon, detour to Mount Passot for an ascent to this highest point of Nosy Be to admire its breathtaking view of the Indian Ocean.

After breakfast at 07:30, transfer by car to the port of Nosy Be. Board a boat for a day trip to the two islands: Nosy Tany Kely and Nosy Komba (the island of lemurs). Snorkeling to discover the underwater riches of Nosy Tany Kely, swimming and lazing. Crossing to Nosy Komba, visit of the zoological park of Nosy Komba, and the village of Ampangoriana with its handicraft market (embroidery, and various Malagasy handicrafts).

Return to Nosy Be in the afternoon.

After breakfast, sail to Nosy Iranja Island (Turtle Island). Lazing and swimming on this dream island composed of two islets connected by a tongue of white sand, also place of spawning of the big leatherback turtles. Walking on the heights of the great Iranja, panoramic view from the lighthouse of the island that can be visited.
Lunch on the boat. After a last swim in this postcard setting, the boat will take you back to Nosy Be and drop you off on the beach of Ambatoloaka.

Departure by 4x4 to Ambanja to visit the Millot plantations crossing Cocoa fields, plots of Vetiver, Ravintsara, spices (peppers, combava, 4 spices) and Pink Berries. Marvel at the preparation of Madagascar’s cocoa: sorting, collecting, fermentation, drying before continuing the visit to the perfume plant distillery through the fields of Ylang Ylang.
Lunch on site. In the afternoon, departure for Ambilobe.

After a breakfast, historic walking tour of the city, meeting of local make-up for the ladies, visit to the royal palace, meeting with the reigning prince Tsimiaro III, to listen to him recount the history of the Antakarana people. Departure for Ambolamena, in the village of Bitsiaka, famous for its gold mine. Discover the mineral wealth of northern Madagascar, visiting the gold mine, see the gold seekers at work, in search of this valuable treasure, exchange and share with the local populations. Back to Ambilobe.
Lunch in a local restaurant. Visit to the village of women who make pottery to see them at work. On the way back, stop at the Mahavavy bridge for an aperitif while admiring the sunset.
