These general conditions of sale apply to all Users of the site www.quotatrip.com

The publisher reserves the right to modify its conditions of use at any time.

By creating an account, the User expressly accepts all of the terms of these T & Cs.

These T & Cs can be viewed at any time on the www.quotatrip.com site and may change over time.

1 - QuotaTrip: Who are we?

This site is published by the company QUOTATRIP, Société par Actions Simplifiée with a capital of
€ 10,000, registered in the Paris Trade and Companies Register, under the number 825 318 108, and whose head office is located at 14 rue des Volontaires 75015 PARIS.

2 - QuotaTrip: The concept

QuotaTrip offers a connection service between:

• Internet users requesting a quote for their next trip (Hereafter Users)
• and the receiving Travel Agencies registered on QuotaTrip (Hereafter Agencies)

3 - Availability and access to the site

The User acknowledges having the skills and means necessary to access and use the Quotatrip.com site. It is accessible to the user 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, unless otherwise specified.

The responsibility of the company QuotaTrip can not be engaged due to a technical unavailability of the connection, whether due in particular to a case of force majeure, to maintenance, to an update, to a modification of the site, intervention by the host, an internal or external strike, a network failure, a power cut, or even a misconfiguration or use of the User's computer.

QuotaTrip reserves the right to suspend all or part of its services at any time, without prior notification.

In addition, QuotaTrip reserves the right to terminate the user account in the event that the latter does not comply with the T & Cs to which it has subscribed.

The User certifies that he has taken all appropriate measures to protect his own data and / or software from contamination by possible viruses circulating on the Internet.

4 - Intellectual property

QuotaTrip, its logo and any other brand or logo appearing on the www.quotatrip.com site   are registered trademarks protected by the legal provisions applicable to intellectual property rights.

Any reproduction, even partial, of the www.quotatrip.com site is prohibited.

The models, drawings, logos, objects and images offered by the “www.quotatrip.com” site are the property of QuotaTrip SAS and are protected by intellectual property law.

5 - Accessibility of the service

Access to the quotatrip.com site for any quote request and contact with Receiving Agencies is free for the User.

To become a member and be able to be put in contact with Receiving Agencies, the User must complete an online quote request form and accept these Terms

Quote requests contain the following information:

• Contact details of the User (Last name, first name, email, etc.)
• Selection of a destination or a local agency;
• Travel dates and duration;
• Number and profile of participants;
• Budget per person desired;
• Travel preferences: Accommodation, catering, mode of accompaniment, transport;
• Type of activities desired on site.

6 - User commitments

The User undertakes to:

• Use the Quotatrip.com site only for personal and non-commercial use, for the sole purpose of serious, real services and in accordance with local, national, international laws or any other regulations;
• Provide accurate and complete information in their quote request.
• Check the references, skills and assurances of the incoming agency.

In the event of abusive or fraudulent use of the Quotatrip.com site, the User is liable to legal proceedings.

Are considered as abusive or fraudulent, all requests for quotes containing false information, relating to illegal services, contrary to public decency, constituting a disturbance of public order or usurping the identity of a third person.

In the event of non-compliance, requests for quotes will be deleted.

7 - Commitments of the company QUOTATRIP

This service is completely free for the User.

In principle, QuotaTrip's intervention ends immediately when the contact information of the User who made the quote request has been transmitted to the Receiving Agencies. However, QuotaTrip may contact certain Users in order to follow up on requests for quotes made on the platform or to obtain feedback from Users about QuotaTrip's partner Receiving Agencies.

QuotaTrip's intervention immediately ends when the contact details of the User who requested the quote have been sent to the Receiving Agencies.

In some cases Quotatrip can earn commissions.

QuotaTrip does not intervene in the commercial exchanges between the Agencies and the User arising from the request for quotation.

QuotaTrip declines all responsibility for the direct or indirect consequences of its connection and cannot be held responsible for disputes that may arise between the User and the Agencies.

All complaints concerning the services must be addressed to the Receiving Agencies.

8 - Links to third party sites

QuotaTrip may offer links to third party sites.

These sites are not published by QuotaTrip.

QuotaTrip is not responsible for their content and cannot be held liable for damages resulting from the use of these sites.

9 - Personal data

By submitting a request for a quote, the User accepts that their contact details will be sent to one or more Receiving Agencies in order to respond to their request for a quote.

In addition, the User agrees to receive commercial offers and newsletters from QuotaTrip and / or from partners.

In accordance with the law "Computing and Liberties", the processing of Personal Information by QuotaTrip, has been the subject of a declaration to the National Commission for Computing and Liberties (CNIL).

The User has (articles 34 and following of the law of January 6, 1978) a right to access, modify, rectify and delete data concerning him, which he can exercise with QuotaTrip.

10 - Cookies

The User accepts the use of cookies so that QuotaTrip can produce navigation statistics but also offer advertisements adapted to their centers of interest 

11 - Applicable law

All disputes that may arise from the execution of this contract fall within the jurisdiction of the courts of the Paris judicial system.
