Strolling through the alleys of Casco Viejo (San Felipe), the colonial district founded in 1673 after the destruction of Panamá la Vieja. Visit of the Canal Museum.

Departure for Colón via the inter-oceanic railway line, one of the first in the world (1855). Visit of the San Lorenzo fort located at the mouth of the Chagres river. It was through this river that Peru's wealth passed to Portobelo.

Visit the old ruined forts of Portobelo, where major trade fairs were organised until the middle of the 18th century.

If you would like to go on the traces of the Conquistadors, take the Camino Real, connecting many Dios to Panama through the jungle. This two-day tour, reserved for athletes, requires a guide.
