Morning proceed to Old Delhi by Metro train and visit Jama Masjid – one of the largest and oldest mosque in India. Enjoy bicycle rickshaw ride through the narrow lanes of old city.
Discover the site of Gandhi’s cremation at Raj Ghat before we continue our tour in New Delhi with visiting Humayun’s Tomb and walk down the ceremonial Rajpath, formerly known as the Kings Way, and see the India Gate monument. On the way to hotel visit Sikh temple (Bangla Sahib Gurudwara).

After breakfast in time transfer to airport to board flight for Dibrugarh. Meeting and assistance upon arrival and transfer to hotel / homestay.
Dibrugarh is the gateway to the "Hidden Land" of Eastern Arunachal Pradesh. The Ahoms from Thailand came through Northern Myanmar through this area in the 13th century to establish their Empire which thrived in the ancient land of Assam. It is the "Camellia" town of Upper Assam, an undisturbed haven, with its rich tea gardens resembling a lush green carpet.

After breakfast, drive to Saikhowa National Park.
Saikhowa is a National Park as well as a Biosphere Reserve situated in the south bank of the river Brahmaputra in the extreme east of Assam state in India. Dibru-Saikhowa, with an area of 340 sq km, is among the most vibrant wildness on earth and is also distinct for its pristine scenic beauty. Situated in the flood plain of Brahmaputra, Dibru-saikhowa is a safe haven for many extremely rare and endangered species of Wildlife. Dinner and overnight at the hotel/ homestay in Dibrugarh.
After breakfast drive to Mon.
Mon in Nagaland will be through lush green valley of the tea estates of Assam. The journey will take about 5 hours. This district is inhabited by the Konyak Tribe with a sizable number of AO Nagas. Check into Private Guest House or government circuit house on arrival. Dinner and overnight.
After early breakfast we will be going to Shangnyu village. True tradition is seen here where people are still not touched by modern ways. Lunch at the village. Meet village folk, see their way of life. Return to Mon in the evening. Dinner and overnight.
After early breakfast drive to Mokokchung in the north-central Nagaland. This district is inhabited by the AO Tribe. On reaching Mokokchung we will check into a Guest House or Government circuit house / Tourist Lodge. Dinner and overnight.
After breakfast drive to Ungma and Longkhum VILLAGE. From here we will drive to Touphema village. On arrival check into some ethnic tourist cottages built in the Angami Naga style. Angami is, incidentally, the main tribe of this area. Evening traditional dinner around campfire. Overnight at the huts.
After breakfast today, we drive to Khonoma village, a place renowned for its valour and courage. The Khonoma gate tells the story of British infiltration into Naga hills. We check in a hotel. Afternoon, visit the famous war cemetery, a symbolic memorial raised as citation for the supreme sacrifice made by the officers and men of the Allied forces during World War II. Come back to Kohima and to the Hotel for dinner and overnight.

After breakfast cross over to Majuli.
Crested in the bosom of the mighty Brahmaputra and fondly tucked up by Lohit and Khabalu, the land mass of Majuli enjoys the privilege of being the largest river island in the world. It’s individual distinctiveness is that it is not uphill, down dale, snow-capped mountains or warbling mountain springs which put a tourist into the thrall in Majuli, but it is the freedom of the wind, the freedom of the rivers, the vistas of freedom opening up one after another, the freedom of the birds and the pristine primitiveness, simplicity and innocence of the people living for centuries at close proximity of nature that sways, excites and thrifts the imagination of the tourists. Majuli is the birthplace of Vaishnava Satras. Sankardeva founded the first Vaishnava Satra in the fifteenth century at Majuli. At present there are twenty-two satras in Majuli. Among these twenty-two existing Satras, the better known Satras are Dakhinpat, Garamurh, Auniati, Kamalabari, Samaguri and Bengenaati Satra. In Majuli there are several places for viewing the full sunset during winter. Various species of rare migratory birds like Pelican are found in Majuli and it is an ideal place for bird’s watchers. Dinner and overnight at the tourist lodge or home stay in a village.
After breakfast spend some time at Majuli and then return to the main land. This afternoon drive to Kaziranga National Park.
Kaziranga National Park - is a World Heritage Site, where more than 75% of the world's total population of the great Indian One horned Rhinoceros can be found. It lies on the southern bank of the Brahmaputra River and is one of the oldest parks of Assam. Besides rhinos, the Asiatic Water Buffalo numbering over 1200, elephants over 1000, tigers more than 81, Swamp deer, Barking deer and Hog deer can be seen. About 400 species of birds are found in the Park.
Upon arrival check-in at the resort. Dinner and overnight at the resort.

(Kaziranga National Park is officially open for visitors from 01 November to 30 April every year. However, between May and October limited elephant ride and jeep safaris are still possible, subject to weather conditions, in the periphery of the park.
