  Morning: arrival in Djibouti - welcome and transfer to accommodation Lunch at the fishing restaurant Afternoon: visit to the Decan refuge: ostriches, panthers, porcupines, turtles...and many other animals ..... Evening: Evening meal at BAIT Al Mandi Djibouti restaurant Night at Africorne Travel

• dag 2 :

  Discovery of Obock and the Ras Bir site

  

  Travel by 4X4 to the camp located on the seafront Lunch at the restaurant of the Gulf of Tadjourah hotel and its shaded terrace On the way: visit to Obock of the marine cemetery and the house of Governor Lagarde Afternoon: swimming, snorkelling Night and evening meal at Ras Bir camp

• dag 3 :

  Excursion by pirogue in the Godoria mangrove

  

  Morning : swimming - departure in 4 x4 for the mangrove - excursion in the mangrove On the way back visit of the RAS BIR lighthouse with its 250 steps Lunch at Ras Bir camp  Afternoon: 4 x4 drive to the Goda Mountains  Night and evening meal at the picturesque Bankoualé camp in a green setting

• dag 4 :

  Excursions in the Goda Mountains - Freshness and green landscapes

  

  Morning: visit the gardens of Bankoualé and the village of Ardo with its school OR excursion to Ditillou (4 hours walk) Lunch at the Ditillou camp with its green monkeys Afternoon: visit of the village of Dougoum and its school. Evening meal and night at Ditillou camp

• dag 5 :

  Snorkelling on the beautiful drop off of Arta beach

  

  Morning: Return to Djibouti by 4x4 Lunch in Arta at Sunny Hill restaurant    Afternoon: PMT on the drop off of Arta beach, guaranteed show, fireworks of corals and coloured fishes!  Evening meal in Djibouti and night at Africorne Travel

• dag 6 :

  On the planet of Lac Abbé

  

  Journey by 4 X4 Lunch at the restaurant La Palmeraie Crossing of the villages of As Eyla and Koutabouya Arrival in the evening to watch the sunset over the chimneys of Lake Abe, the natural setting for the first version of the film "Planet of the Apes Evening meal and overnight at the Lake Abe camp or bivouac under the stars

• dag 7 :

  Sunrise and flamingos at Lake Abe

  

  Morning: sunrise - visit of the boiling water springs - approach of the pink flamingos - visit of the archaeological site of ASA KOMA. Approach of the pink flamingos - visit of the archaeological site of ASA KOMA. Lunch at the inhabitant's house in As Eyla: authentic meeting with the inhabitants. Return trip to Djibouti. Evening meal in Djibouti and night at Africorne Travel.

• dag 8 :

  The legendary colours of Lake Assal

  

  Departure for Ras Ali camp near Tadjourah Morning: visit of the lake Assal, a striking spectacle described by J Kessel - possible bathing Lunch at Goubet Evening meal and night at Ras Ali camp

• dag 9 :

  Water activities at Ras Ali camp

  

  Morning: swimming - snorkelling, kayaking Lunch at Ras Ali camp Afternoon drive to Day via the Randa track -Lunch and overnight at Day camp Meals and overnight at Day camp

• dag 10 :

  Expedition to the Abourma rock engravings

  

  Morning: difficult 4X4 drive to the site (2 hours) - then approach and visit the 3 km long engraving site, unique .... Lunch: picnic on the site or at the camp depending on the choice offered. The Abourma expedition can be replaced by a hike in the Day primary forest with lunch at the Day camp Evening meal and overnight at Ras Ali camp

• dag 11 :

  Tadjourah : the city of 7 mosques

  

  Morning: last swim in Ras Ali - visit of Tadjourah - Departure for lunch at the inhabitant's house in Bolli Afternoon: departure for Allols (if authorized) or for the village of Daffeinaytou, second meeting of the stay with the local population and its habitat. Evening meal and overnight stay in Allols or at the inhabitant's home in Daffeinaytou

• dag 12 :

  Les Allols, water and pastures

  

  Morning: excursion to Allols, or visit to the Daffeinaytou gardens Lunch on the way back Evening meal in Djibouti and overnight at Africorne Travel

• dag 13 :

  Encounter with the whale shark

  

  Morning: departure for Arta beach and PMT with the whale shark Lunch: picnic on the beach Afternoon: PMT or sand yacht at Grand Bara Evening meal at a restaurant in Djibouti and overnight at Africorne Travel *The best time to see whale sharks is from November to February

• dag 14 :

  Barbecue at the 3-star Djalelo camp

  

  Morning: Visit of Djibouti  Lunch in a restaurant in Djibouti Evening meal and overnight at Djalelo camp

• dag 15 :

  Sailboat at Grand Bara

  

  Morning: excursion to Djalelo Lunch in Djalelo Afternoon: sand yacht at Grand Bara Evening meal in Djibouti Transfer to the airport
