Breakfast at the hotel. In the afternoon, visit the Thamel district, the main tourist area of Kathmandu. Due to its proximity to the historic center of the city, it's the perfect place to start your first day of exploration.

Head to Dakshinkali, visit the temple dedicated to the goddess Kali. Ascend Pharping hill, rewarded by a breathtaking view of the entire Himalayan range and its Buddhist monastery. Excursion to Kirtipur, a sleepy town that reflects a bygone grandeur through its impressive medieval temples scattered across its streets. Discover the Bagh Bhairab Temple, dedicated to the Tiger deity Bhairab, and Chilanchu Vihara, located on top of a hill with a central stupa and four smaller ones around it. Return to Kathmandu and stop at the Chobhar Gorge, located on a hill.




Day 4 : Kathmandu to Nagarkot (via Patan, Pashupatinath and Boudhanath)

Depart for Patan, the city of beauty, one of the three ancient capitals of the valley. Patan offers a multitude of temples, palaces, shrines, and Buddhist monasteries: the Royal Palace with a façade showcasing the craftsmanship of local goldsmiths, Khrishna Mandir, Narayan Mandir, Vishwanata, and Bhimsen Mandir (Mandir = temple). Visit the Golden Temple with its golden image of Buddha and Khumbeshwar Pagoda. Discover Durbar Square. Explore Pashupatinath, one of Nepal's oldest sites and the most important Hindu temple in the country, dedicated to Pashupati, an incarnation of Shiva in his “lord of animals” form. You will have an overall view from the other side of the Bagmati River, which holds the same importance as the Ganges in India. Many pilgrims, including sadhus, flock there. Then, visit Bodhanath, an important Buddhist pilgrimage center built in the 5th century. There is a possibility to meet monks. You will then drive to Nagarkot, reaching it at sunset, offering an exceptional view of the Himalayas.




Day 5 : Nagarkot to Bhaktapur (via Nala)

After breakfast, embark on a mini trek from Nagarkot to Nala (a 3-hour easy walk) through Tamang and Chettri villages (Nepalese ethnicities), arriving in Nala to visit the Bhagaveti Temple. Continue to the medieval city of Bhaktapur, one of the most beautiful cities in the Kathmandu Valley. Enjoy a quieter ambiance as the city empties of tourists. It is also known for its pottery.




Day 6 : Bhaktapur to Chitwan National Park

After breakfast, head to Chitwan National Park. Created in 1962, it is the largest of Nepal's five parks in the Terai region. The park is home to the famous white rhinoceros, deer, antelope, monkeys, tigers, leopards, bears, crocodiles, and over 300 species of birds. Arrive at the hotel and check-in.

The day is dedicated to various activities: nature walks or visits to a local village. You can also opt for a jeep safari to discover the park’s wildlife or a canoe ride to see a reserve of alligators and observe multiple birds. Chitwan is abundant in rare species.

Departure to Pokhara. Arrive and explore this important city. Discover Devi's Fall. For those who wish, climb a small hill to reach the World Peace Pagoda. Beautiful panorama of the city and lake.

We recommend waking up early to enjoy the sunrise over the Annapurna range—guaranteed thrill! Depart for a 2-hour easy trek to witness the sunrise. Enjoy a boat ride on Lake Phewa. Nearby, visit the Barahi-Bhawani Temple on a small island. Visit the Tibetan village of Tashiling. Prayer ceremony at the Hemja Monastery. Then, visit the International Mountain Museum to learn about the significant history of the Himalayas’ peaks. Free evening dinner by the lake to extend the enjoyment of the magnificent view of the mountains and lake.




Day 10 : Pokhara to Kathmandu

After breakfast, return to Kathmandu. After arriving in the evening, free dinner at a Nepalese specialty restaurant of your choice.

Discover Durbar Square and visit the palace square, where you can admire the Taleju Temple. Visit the Swayambhunath Temple, also known as the Monkey Temple. It is one of the most famous Buddhist stupas (Chaityas) in the world, and the largest. You will need to climb 365 steps to reach it. This temple features all the classic elements of stupa architecture. It consists of several key elements: a hemispherical base topped by a conical spire. The famous Buddha eyes, full of wisdom, are painted on all four sides of the cone's base. You’ll also notice a profusion of smaller stupas and temples at the foot of the main monument. Depending on your flight schedule, transfer to the airport.
