Botswana's salt pans during the rainy season

Trip description

The salt basins in the centre of the country were, millennia ago, the bed of a gigantic lake. Today, these vast, absolutely empty spaces offer visitors striking landscapes. During the southern summer, many migratory birds stop here. We spend at least 3 days there to see the most exceptional sites.
