• day 1:

  Ayubowan! Welcome Sri Lanka !

  

  Arrival at Katunayake airport and greeted by a representative of our agency. Route towards the Cultural Traingle and check-in at the hotel. Upon arrival in your room, a bottle of wine and a fruit basket will be offered. Lunch (Not included) Dinner and overnight at the hotel.

• day 2:

  Route towards Riverston

  

  Breakfast at the hotel Take a visit to Pidurangala Temple. It’s a mountain. Downstairs is a monastery. All along the rocky path you can see the caves that have been used by monks since the first century BC. At the top you can admire the statue of the Reclining Buddha which has been recently restored. You can reach the top by climbing over the rocks, from where the view including Sigiriya is breathtaking. Then take the road to Riverston. The end of the afternoon free to enjoy a walk in the surroundings. Lunch (Not included). DINNER and overnight in Matale

• day 3:

  A magnificant trek

  

  Today is a wonderful hike discovering the Sri Lankan authenticity in the local village of Meemure. The roads and paths gradually rise. The path wanders through a splendid tropical forest before reaching the beautiful rice fields of Meemure. You can observe the high mountains in the center. Along the way, you may have the opportunity to get to know the local people. Arrival at the small village of Meemure in the afternoon and have lunch with the locals. Participation in the daily activities of this village and at the end of the afternoon return to your accommodation. Walking time: 3-4 hours of walking (it depends on each person's physical condition) DINNER and overnight in Riverston

• day 4:

  Route towards Ella

  

  Breakfast at the hotel Continue the road to Ella and settle into your accommodation. Free time to enjoy an Ayurvedic message (Not included) Lunch (Not included) Dinner and overnight at the hotel.

• day 5:

  A trek in Little Adams Peak

  

  Breakfast at the hotel Departure for a hike to the hill nicknamed "Little Adam's Peak" (approx. 1 hour round trip). This hike of about 9 km passes through a tea plantation, in the morning you meet Tamil families who work in the plantations. From the top of Little Adam's Peak you can see waterfalls and some tea factories. Arrival in Galle and free time to explore the fortified city of Galle. A walk along the walls of the fort at sunset is very pleasant …… Enjoy a romantic dinner under the stars Dinner and overnight at the hotel.

• day 6:

  Return

  

  Breakfast at the hotel. According to flight schedules transfer to the airport to join your return flight. .
