  Welcome to Argentina - Visit of the city of Buenos Aires

  

  Welcome and private transfer from Buenos Aires International Airport (EZE) to your hotel. A French-speaking guide will accompany you during the transfer. Half-day tour of Buenos Aires on foot and by public transport. Start your visit to the capital with the historic center. You will take Avenue 9 de Julio, dominated by the Obelisk, the symbol of Buenos Aires. You will then pass by the Teatro Colón, one of the jewels of Argentine architecture. You will then arrive at the famous Plaza de Mayo, home to famous buildings such as the Casa Rosada, el Cabildo, and the Cathedral. Continue your discovery with the San Telmo district, one of the oldest in the capital: many antique dealers, a covered market, as well as antique cafés... End your visit with the famous and picturesque La Boca district, its small streets with old and colorful houses. Enjoy a few minutes at El Caminito, a meeting place for painters and tango dancers.   Buenos Aires - Free day

  

  Free day in Buenos Aires, some suggestions Discover the Recoleta district, where you can admire many houses in the colonial style, currently inhabited by wealthy Argentine families. How could you not stop at the luxurious Pacifico shopping gallery? You will notice its French-style architecture, vaulted ceilings, and luxury stores. In the same neighborhood, you can also visit the famous cemetery where many personalities from Argentine history are buried. The most famous and still the most revered today is undoubtedly the tomb of Evita Peron. Night at Selina Palermo in a standard room.

  Buenos Aires - Tigre - Buenos Aires

  

  This morning, you join Tigre, a small town from the early 19th century, located 32 km from the capital. Every weekend, the porteños (inhabitants of Buenos Aires) gather there to relax and spend a few days with their families. You visit the market with its colorful stalls. At the port, you can board a boat that will take you through the canals and inhabited islands of the delta. You sail on the calm waters of the Paraná delta, in an environment like no other.   Buenos Aires - Crossing of the Rio de la Plata - Colonia del Sacramento

  

  Transfer from your hotel to the Puerto Madero port in a private vehicle. Early in the morning, ferry crossing of the Rio de la Plata river to the charming town of Colonia de Sacramento in Uruguay, a UNESCO World Heritage site. At the port, your bikes will be waiting for you. You will set off to cycle through the historic center of this fascinating town, declared a World Heritage Site in 1995. During your bike ride, you can discover the famous "Calle de los Suspiros" (the Street of Sighs), visit the Church of the Holy Sacrament, the San Pedro bastion, as well as the lighthouse from where you can admire the whole town. You can also explore the seaside promenade (costanera) passing by the port. A French-speaking guide will accompany you for a 2h30 guided tour.   Colonia del Sacramento - Montevideo

  

  Pick up your rental vehicle, type Hyundai I10 or similar. Unlimited kilometers Suggested itinerary: Located 30 minutes from the city center, you can visit the Bouza winery, renowned for its exceptional classic car museum. You will have the opportunity to taste the different wines of the estate while enjoying a gourmet lunch. It is one of the most prestigious wineries in Uruguay, awarded more than 75 prizes and medals internationally. (Visit not included in the price) You head towards Montevideo. The capital of Uruguay is a port city with great cultural wealth. Ideal for lovers of colonial architecture, it has many museums, theaters, and churches for the curious.   Montevideo - Punta del Este

  

  Suggested itinerary: Departure towards Piriapolis, one of the most beautiful seaside resorts in Uruguay. This city is known for its famous "Rambla Costanera", reminiscent of the Mediterranean seaside promenades. You continue towards Punta Del Este to arrive at the must-see "Casa Pueblo", a house sculpted by the hand of the artist Carlos Páez Vilaró himself (entrance fees not included). You will then discover the most emblematic places of Punta Del Este: its marina, its historic district, the church of Our Lady of Candelaria, and finally its lighthouse. You can also observe the "Punta de Salinas", where the dividing line between the Rio de la Plata and the Atlantic Ocean is located. You will continue to the monument "Los Dedos", an intriguing sculpture. You will cross the very original undulating bridge "Leonel Vieira" to reach the Barra de Maldonado.   Punta del Este - Cabo Polonio

  

  Suggested itinerary: This morning, you head towards Cabo Polonio. Cabo Polonio is an ecological reserve located on the edge of the Atlantic Ocean. This peninsula, protected due to its priority ecosystem, is one of the largest sea lion reserves. Access to this little corner of paradise is by all-terrain vehicle specially designed to travel through the dunes and forests. In addition to its natural wealth, you can enjoy its lighthouse and typical houses. A charming environment in the heart of nature! Overnight at the posada La Perla de Cabo in a standard room.

• day 8

  Cabo Polonio - Montevideo - Buenos Aires

  

  Suggested itinerary: Return route to the capital Montevideo. You follow the Atlantic Ocean throughout the journey. Return your vehicle at the port of Montevideo before boarding. Ferry crossing from Montevideo to Buenos Aires. About 3 hours of navigation on the Rio de la Plata. Reception at the port and transfer to the hotel in a private vehicle.   San Antonio de Areco - Estancia Day

  

  You arrive at the El Ombu de Areco estancia, located in the village of San Antonio de Areco. This small, peaceful town is the birthplace of the gaucho culture of the Pampa. Once you arrive at the estancia, a new world unfolds before your eyes. On this vast property, the land is largely dedicated to cattle breeding. Among the various activities offered, you can choose to take a walk in the shade of the estate's century-old trees, ride one of the many horses from the stables to accompany the gauchos, or enjoy a carriage ride.
