Kathmandu to RamechhapYou leave Kathmandu by road, heading towards Ramechhap, a small town located about 100 kilometers southeast of Kathmandu. Along the way, you'll enjoy the natural beauty and charming villages of the Kathmandu Valley. Overnight at the hotel.

Ramechhap to PhakdingEarly in the morning, you take a flight to Lukla, a crucial stop on the way to Everest and its base camp. During the flight, enjoy the stunning views of the Himalayas. Once in Lukla, you'll warm up with a few hours of hiking along the Dudh Kosi River to reach the village of Phakding. Overnight in a lodge.

Phakding to NamcheYou begin this beautiful day of trekking by following the valley and crossing the Dudh Kosi River via suspension bridges. After an intense uphill climb through the forest, you’ll finally reach the village of Namche Bazaar, the capital of Sherpa country and a must-stop for all trekkers in the region. You will stay in one of the many lodges in town.

Namche (Acclimatization Day)To ensure the success of your trek, an acclimatization day is essential. You have two options: you can rest to avoid physical strain or go for a walk to the surrounding villages, where you can enjoy views of the high peaks of the Solokhumbu. Overnight in a lodge.

NamcheThe day starts with crossing the hamlet of Phunki Tanga before crossing the Dudh Kosi River and starting a steep climb to the Tengboche Monastery. In the afternoon, take time to visit this monastery located at the foot of the iconic pyramid-shaped Ama Dablam peak. Overnight in a lodge.

Namche to DingbocheThe day begins with a descent along a trail through a rhododendron forest to the Imja Khola River. You’ll leave the trail to reach the village of Pangboche, nestled in a forest of pine and juniper trees, then cross the river and climb up to Dingboche. The view of Lhotse Peak (8,516 m) is breathtaking. Overnight in a lodge.

DingbocheToday, you leave the main trail to continue towards the Island Peak base camp. Ahead of you, the immense Lhotse looms, and the glaciers shine more brilliantly. You'll stop at the village of Chhukung to rest well before the intense day tomorrow. Overnight in a lodge.

Dingboche to GorakshepYou’ll head to Gorakshep village via a gentle ascent. From there, you’ll do a round-trip trek to Everest Base Camp. The view of the Khumbu Glacier and its icefall is extraordinary and an intense experience. You will then return to Gorakshep village. Relish this moment when time seems to stand still. Overnight in a lodge.

Gorakshep to PhericheThe ascent to Kala Pattar begins before sunrise. The panorama of Everest and the other Himalayan peaks such as Nuptse and Changtse is spectacular. These giants tower over you. After descending to Gorakshep, continue your trek to reach Pheriche by the end of the day. Overnight in a lodge.

Pheriche to NamcheToday you’ll descend in altitude, and the vegetation will gradually return, with juniper trees and pine forests beginning to appear. You’ll pass through Pangboche village and the Dudh Kosi River gorges. The day will end with a traverse along the valley to reach Namche Bazaar. Overnight in a lodge.

Namche to LuklaOn your final trekking day, you'll descend along the Dudh Kosi River. You’ll pass through the villages of Monjo and Phakding before a last ascent to Lukla. It’s time to say goodbye to the team of porters who have accompanied you throughout your trek, during a final evening in Sherpa territory. Overnight in a lodge.

Lukla to Ramechhap to KathmanduThis morning, you’ll take a flight from Lukla to return to Ramechhap, and then to Kathmandu by road. Please note that all flights are subject to weather conditions, and it may be necessary to adjust the program by postponing the flight to the next day. Upon arrival in the Nepalese capital, you’ll be transferred to your hotel. The afternoon is free. Overnight at the hotel.

Kathmandu (Safety Day)This is a safety day in case bad weather in Lukla prevented you from returning the previous day. Make the most of this time to visit the capital: the Monkey Temple of Swayambhunath, Bodhnath, the largest stupa in Asia, or the sacred site of Pashupatinath. Perhaps indulge in some last-minute shopping in Thamel. Overnight at the hotel.
jour 15 :
Departure from KathmanduEnjoy one last day in the heart of the Nepalese capital to immerse yourself in its captivating atmosphere. Treat yourself to one final plate of momos before your driver takes you to the airport for your flight.
