• jour 1 :

  Arrival at Julius Nyerere International Airport

  

  You will be met at Dar es Salaam airport by your driver/guide and our representative. We will drive you to the Slipway Hotel for the night.

• jour 2 :

  Departure from Dar Es Salaam - Selous Game Reserve

  

  After breakfast you will be picked up from the hotel and driven to the Selous Game Reserve (4-5 hours). In the afternoon you will go on a boat safari along the mighty Rufiji River. Here you will see many hippos, crocodiles and birds. Overnight Selous River Camp - (Full board)

• jour 3 :

  Selous Game Reserve

  

  You will join a full day private game drive in the Selous Game Reserve, Africa's largest nature reserve at 54,600kms² - larger than Denmark and 4 times larger than Serengeti. Selous has the largest number of big game in the world - elephant, buffalo and rhino. It also contains wildebeest, elk, giraffe, roe deer, zebra, impala, hippopotamus, leopard and lion not to mention over 350 species of birds . Dinner and overnight at Selous River Camp - (Full Board)

• jour 4 :

  Departure from Selous Game Reserve - Mikumi National Park

  

  Early morning walking safari and sightseeing near the village before returning to camp for breakfast. After lunch, departure in 4x4 for the Selous Game Reserve crossing then you will continue to Mikumi National Park - afternoon safari in 4x4. Overnight at Stanley's Kopje Camp - (Full Board)

• jour 5 :

  Mikumi National Park

  

  Full day 4x4 game drives in Mikumi National Park Overnight at Stanley's Kopje Camp During the game drive you can see a wide variety of bird species, as well as a large number of giraffes, buffaloes and elephants . If you're lucky, you might also spot African lions and leopards . Animals likely to be seen include zebras, hippos, hartebeest, wildebeest, impala, warthog, eland and antelope. (Full Board)

• jour 6 :

  Heading to Ruaha National Park

  

  Early morning game drive with picnic breakfast, then drive to Ruaha National Park, lunch en route. In the afternoon you will have reached the Ruaha River Lodge. Many species of birds, wild flowers, butterflies and trees can be seen in the vicinity. Dinner and overnight at Ruaha River Lodge - (Full board)

• jour 7 :

  Ruaha National Park

  

  After breakfast, full day of hunting in Ruaha National Park, with picnic lunches. Ruaha has an area of ​​​​10,300 km², it is the second largest park and the second largest elephant sanctuary in Tanzania . The great Ruaha River , which flows along its entire eastern border, creates spectacular gorges and scenery, with large numbers of hippos and crocodiles. Dinner and overnight at Ruaha River Lodge - (full board)

• jour 8 :

  Second day in Ruaha National Park

  

  To tame this huge park, we reserve a second day on site for you with the same program. You will have a second chance to observe the wide variety of animals that inhabit the park including the greater and lesser kudu , roan and sable antelope . Bird life is also rich, with more than 370 species recorded. Dinner and overnight at Ruaha River Lodge - (full board)

• jour 9 :

  On the way to the Udzungwa Mountains National Park

  

  After breakfast, transfer to Hondo Tented Camp, lunch en route. In the afternoon, walking tour of the village of Mang'ula , you will have a glimpse of a typical Tanzanian daily life. Back at camp before dinner, take the opportunity to watch the baboons from the spectacular bar while admiring the sunset. Dinner and overnight at Udzungwa Forest Tented Camp (Hondo Hondo)

• jour 10 :

  Hiking in Udzungwa - Sanje Waterfalls

  

  After breakfast, drive to the gate of the park, you will start walking through the stunning primary forest to the base and then to the top of the spectacular 180m high Sanje Waterfall , looking for primates ( Iringa Red Colobus and Sanje Mangabey ). Dive and swim in pools, see endemic African violets sprouting in the spray areas, and have lunch in the forest at the top of the falls. Descend after enjoying superb views then return to camp late evening for a hot dinner and overnight at Udzungwa Forest Tented Camp (Hondo Hondo).

• jour 11 :

  Transfer to Dar Es Salaam

  

  After breakfast, transfer to Dar Es Salaam - lunch box provided. The price includes : Safari lodge as per itinerary.
