Arrival to BhutanArrive at Paro International Airport and transfer to Thimphu, the capital of Bhutan. Depending on your arrival time, you will be able to discover some monuments and landscapes. Overnight at hotel.

Thimphu - Phobjikha valleyToday, after breakfast, departure for the Phobjikha valley. About 4 hours drive. On the way, stop at the Dochula pass (3100m) to visit the stupas and the Druk Wangyal monastery. On a clear day, it is possible to see the beautiful snow-covered mountains. The road continues to the Phobjikha valley. Lunch will be served either en route or at Phobjikha depending on the time. In the afternoon, visit Gangtey monastery and walk on the nature trail. The valley is famous for its very rare black-necked cranes, especially in winter. Overnight at the hotel.
dag 4 :
Phobjikha valley - PunakhaAfter breakfast, drive to Punakha district. Punakha was the former capital of Bhutan until the late 1990s. Then visit Chimi Lhakhang/monastery. It was founded by the popular figure Drukpa Kuenley or more commonly known as The Divine Madman. It takes about half an hour walk to cross the village and its rice fields. In the afternoon, visit the Punakha fortress, the most beautiful fortress in Bhutan. Late afternoon free. Night at the hotel.

Punakha - ParoToday drive to Paro District takes about 5 hours. Afternoon visit national museum, Paro Rinpung fortress and Kyichu Monastery. Overnight at the hotel.
dag 6 :
Excursion Trip to Taktsang MonasteryDay would start quite early. Drive till base of Taktsang Ramthangka and commence the hike to Taktsang. Hike would take about 4 - 5 hrs (round trip) depending on how fast one can walk. Enroute stop at Taktsang cafeteria for refreshment. Continue climb to Taktsang monastery. The most famous saint Guru Padmasambhava flew on the back of Tigress from Tibet to tame the demons who were opposing the spread of the Budhism in Bhutan in 746 A. D. Perched on 1000m, 3000ft overlooking the valley; it would justifiably qualify as one of the wonders. It is must visit for Bhutanese atleast once in their life time. Hence the name Taktsang or the Tiger's Lair. Descend to the base of the mountain and return to the hotel. You will have the opportunity to do some shopping in the city centre before dinner. Overnight at the hotel.

DepartureDrive to Paro International Airport. The representative of Bhutan Soul shall see off and bid farewell.
