Cradle of Western civilization and democracy, Greece has more than one story to tell us. In just a few kilometers, you can move from a sandy, arid coast to lush valleys. As of today, no fewer than 18 Greek sites are classified as UNESCO World Heritage Sites, including 12 in mainland Greece.
