Day 1 : Arrival in Wewak



Discovery of the capital of Sepik.

Day of rest and acclimatisation. Departure for Muchu Island, to a traditional fishing village. Visit a waterfall, hike in the jungle, swim and snorkel. Back to Wewak.




Day 3 : Road to the Sepik River



Transfer day to access the river Sepik and install in a village of the river.




Day 4 : Boardwalk



Visit in the day, in canoes, houses of the minds of the Middle Sepik.




Day 5 : Visit of lakes Chambri and local crafts



Observation of many birds and the life of Pêcheurs fishermen. After the lakes, visit Aibom, the village that supplies the whole region with pottery.




Day 6 : Towards Haut-Sepik



Visit of Black Waters Lakes or Ambunti.




Day 7 : Back to Wewak



Visit of this beautiful bay with its long white sandy beach.

Flight to Madang in the morning and visit Krangket Island. Open water diving and visit of traditional villages.




Day 9 : Crafts, amazing fauna and flora



Departure for the village of Bilbil to discover traditional pottery, then snorkeling in Jais Aben. In the afternoon, observation of paradise trees near the village of Hobe.

6 hours drive is required to reach Goroka. First crossed the jungle covered mountains and then the Ramu valley. Panoramic climb to Goroka.
