Arrival in Cairo
Upon your arrival at Cairo Airport, a representative will greet you and escort you to your hotel. Additionally, you have the opportunity to partake in a two-hour dinner cruise on the Nile. You will spend the night in Cairo, allowing for preparation to explore the city the following day.
day 2:
Pyramids & Egyptian Museum day tour
Start your day with breakfast at the hotel before embarking on a full day of tours. Your guide will take you to the Pyramids of Giza, which include Cheops, Chephren, and Mykerinus, along with the Sphinx that guards them. Next, you'll explore the Valley Temple, renowned for its mummified bodies. In the afternoon, you'll visit the Egyptian Museum, home to countless artifacts, including the famous golden mask of Tutankhamun. Lunch is included, and you'll return to your hotel in the evening to relax.
day 3:
Overnight aboard your cruise in Luxor
After breakfast at your hotel, you will be transferred to Cairo Airport for your one-hour flight to Luxor. Upon arrival, a representative will escort you to your Nile cruise for check-in. In the afternoon, your tour guide will take you to visit the Luxor and Karnak Temples. Enjoy dinner on the cruise, followed by free time to explore Luxor City and its souk for souvenirs. You will spend the night in Luxor.
day 4:
Overnight aboard your cruise in Edfu
After breakfast, your guide will take you across the Nile to the West Bank, where you will explore the Valley of the Kings, home to over 62 burial chambers. You will also visit the Temple of Hatshepsut, the first female Pharaoh. After the tours, you will return to your cruise ship for lunch before setting sail along the Nile, docking overnight in Edfu. Enjoy dinner and onboard entertainment during your stay.
day 5:
Overnight aboard your cruise in Aswan
Start your day with breakfast before embarking on a guided tour of Edfu Temple, famous for its impressive statue of the Falcon God, Horus. After enjoying lunch aboard the boat, take some time to relax on the top deck and soak in the picturesque views of the Nile, nearby villages, and local farmers at work. In the afternoon, visit the Kom Ombo Temple, which is dedicated to the Crocodile God, with your guide. Later, set sail for Aswan, where dinner and entertainment await you. Arriving at night offers a chance to admire the beautifully illuminated Qubbet El Hawa, the Tombs of the Nobles. You will dock overnight in Aswan.
day 6:
Overnight aboard your cruise in Aswan
After breakfast, you will explore Aswan with your guide, highlighting both ancient and modern history. Your first stop is the Aswan Dam, the largest embankment dam in the world, completed in 1902 and expanded into a high dam between 1960 and 1970. Next, visit the Unfinished Obelisk, commissioned by Queen Hatshepsut but abandoned due to cracks. Then, tour the Temple of Philae on Aglika Island, dedicated to the goddess Isis and a UNESCO World Heritage site. Afterward, return to your cruise ship to relax or explore Aswan City before dinner and entertainment on board. You will spend the night in Aswan.
day 7:
Flight Back to Cairo
Upon arrival at Cairo Airport, a representative will transfer you to your hotel for an overnight stay. You can enjoy breakfast on board or visit the Abu Simbel Temple early in the morning. Islamic &Coptic Cairo day tour
After breakfast, meet your guide to explore Old Cairo, the city’s oldest area. First, visit the Citadel of Saladin to see the grand Mohamed Ali Mosque and enjoy great city views. Next, head to Old Cairo to see some of the oldest mosques, including Al-Azhar and Ibn Tulun. Then, explore Coptic Cairo by visiting the Hanging Church and the Church of St. Aba Noub, where the Holy Family is said to have taken refuge. Finally, enjoy shopping at Khan Khalili Bazaar.
