From Menton to the Camargue, from Marseille to Barcelonnette, via Avignon, Arles, Aix-en-Provence, Nice, the French Riviera and the Alpilles, the region is a great sunny picture where inhabitants, traditions and history have left their mark forever. Faithful to their culture and despite the passage of time, each region and each city have remained proud of their land, their nature and their local customs. The richness of the colours, the softness of the landscapes and the benevolence of the climate give the PACA region a charm and an aura to which travellers and visitors have always been sensitive. There is a je ne sais quoi in this region more than anywhere else, especially in the summer, when the unequalled scents of lavender, thyme and rosemary and the songs of cicadas are a call to tranquillity and the joy of living. Between the Alpine mountains and the Mediterranean Sea, the region is diverse. There are charming little villages and huge agglomerations that seduce with a bubbling and lively rhythm typical of Mediterranean cities. Take advantage of the festivals in Provence which testify to the attachment of the Provençal people to their traditions, enjoy its renowned gastronomy and be amazed with the local wines which have given the region its letters of nobility. A paradise so vast that a whole life would not be enough to discover!
