  HALF DAY PROGRAM 9:30 am or 2:30pm : Departure from La Croix Valmer (departure possible from your residence in the Gulf of Saint-Tropez on request and for free) with our comfortable and air-conditionned Beyond The Wine van Arrival at our first estate: a Cru Classé estate. The Cru Classés have existed since 1955 and are only 18 in all of Provence. Here, in the Gulf of Saint-Tropez, we have the chance to welcome 3 of them who are known all over the world. Open the doors of one of them but before that we leave and stop in the vineyards to give you some information about the region and its historical and cultural context. Visit and tasting of 3 wines with accompaniment. Introduction to the secrets of winemaking and sensory analysis during tasting Finally, we will visit an estate producing organic wines. Full explanation of organic methods and tour of the estate. Tasting of 3 wines.   Return to La Croix Valmer or to your place of residence.
